I’ve been to the south and the people there definitely know their way around a deep fryer. In high school I had a friend from the south, Aaron Bird, who we would often joke would eat anything if it was deep fried. All joking aside, if that “anything” involves chicken then sign me up.

… then again, Aaron also had a mutilated sense of taste that led him to eat salt directly from the shaker.
