Mobs
Smart Mobs was a term coined by Howard Rheingold to describe the use of the internet and mobile technologies to connect people for some purpose. Since that coinage there have been many divergent definitions of Mobs. The
newest I have seen is Flash Mobs.
These events are organized with a geographical location and a kooky byline / agenda to get people into it. Some of my favorites are Spinning in Circles in San Francisco, doing The Robot in Mall of America, and Making Bird Noises in Central Park.



This is my personal website and the content comes from my life at work and play. Briefly, I was born in Akron Ohio, moved to the greenery of Portland Oregon at 2, attended the perennial top 5 party school University of Wisconsin in Madison, moved to New York city, moved to Washington DC for 3 years, and finally I've ended up back in New York.
